Schneider's Florist 2016 Year in Review

2016 was a great year at the flower shop! Besides all weekly updates of beautiful flowers, we did a ton of other fun stuff.

Back in February, we talked about why we send flowers, how to send flowers like a boss, and sending flowers to say "I'm Sorry".

In March I published the blog's most popular post ever, Plan Your Wedding With Schneider's Florist, where I unveiled our fabulous new bridal consultation suite and we met our new wedding expert, Ashley Neinaber.

In May, to make flowers the easiest part of your wedding, we launched our very popular Wedding Packages Service.

We got into videos this year! Our video of Ashley making a bridal bouquet, and this fabulous video of wedding decor at the Windy Knoll Golf Club both earned thousands of views across various social media platforms.

In July, we attended the AIFD Symposium in Anaheim, and we made time to visit Disneyland!

In October, we gave away free flowers in Snyder Park for Petal It Forward. Look for us to participate in PIF again in 2017.

Petal It Forward 2016 in Pictures

On Saturday, October 15th, Schneider's Florist was on hand at Fall Fest in Snyder Park for Petal It Forward. Petal It Forward is a nationwide promotion by local florists in partnership with The Society of American Florists, Flower Factor, and aboutflowers.com. Special thanks to Calvin and everyone at Nordlie Dayton for helping us out with this.

The goal of Petal It Forward is to share the experience of giving flowers with as many people as possible. To that end, we distributed free flower bouquets at Fall Fest. Each person got one bouquet to keep, and another one to give away. We had a great time participating in Petal It Forward and we're looking forward to doing it even better next year!

FREE FLOWERS! Petal it Forward with Schneider's Florist this Saturday at Fall Fest in Snyder Park!

This Saturday, October 15, 2016, Schneider's Florist will be on hand at Fall Fest in Snyder Park to pass out FREE FLOWER BOUQUETS as part of a nationwide promotion by local florists in partnership with The Society of American Florists, AboutFlowers, and FlowerFactor.

For this unique event we will be giving two small bouquets of fall flowers. One to keep, and one to give away. We want people to experience not only the joy of receiving flowers, but also the experience of sharing that joy with someone else by passing the second bouquet along to a friend, loved one, or a total stranger so everyone can Petal It Forward!

Look for us in the morning at Fall Fest on Saturday. Supplies are limited. First come, first served. When they're gone, they're gone!
